I think with how leo is acting like a pervert and talking like an old lady, there's not much of a discrepancy.
But then again, the fact that leo was a transmigator doesn't seem to be an important premise. Like it just seems to be a convenient explanation why leo knows a lot of things or is quick to grasp what is happening coz of reading the story.
I feel it's kinda unfair for the duke not to know that leo is a whole grownup woman inside since day one lol
