They live normally for a few years until one say mc meets ml again. In a workplace i think? Ml doesn't seem to remember mc but feels a familiar vibes of sort. The child is already 5-6 years old. So mc is racking his brain on how to get away from ml and hopefully hide the fact that he gave birth to his child secretly.
And like many pitiful MCs out there, he's an orphan with no one to rely on. Maybe there was an old grandpa/grandma during his pregnancy time? Not sure.
