I think the title makes pretty much sense. We believe that the ml has a twin that looks exactly like him, and that's why I don't find it weird if the story were to be called "playmate" since the ml (the happy looking twin) and the second ml (the other more detached looking twin, aka "the older brother") lowkey plays with the mc by pretending to be eachother (switching eachother every now and then) ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
Can we trust the ML? I'm kinda reluctant, I feel like he's using MC as "playmate" cause he's bored and just want some entertainment and he already did this to other people before T^T
