not sure if it's bl, but the story starts with 4 friends (2 among them are the main characters), they have a drink in the house of one of the mc (long haired guy) I remembered the plot being that every night, someone visits the long haired guy and puts a tattoo on his back and stangles him, given this the other mc stays at his house to protect the long haired from whoever is tattooing him. then the twist being the guy who protects him is actually the one strangling his friend. I'm not sure if it's finished already but the twist is the last thing I remembered. please let me know if you know this, I really want to continue and re read the story :'')
