Just finished rereading the new york arc from the start and here are things i just realized because my brain is small like that:
- heejae's talk about dying without leaving any marks and that he'd do everything to prevent that from happening again was about his previous manager who passed away bruhh how did i just realize - in ch 80 heejae's old school friend said something along the line of "being hated by someone you care the most must be painful" and heejae angrily denied it, but he was truly in pain because garam was trying so hard to hate him and refusing his music. i mean shit, what the fuck were ch 81 and 82 if he wasn't? - in ch 86 heejae was supposed to have a "fun" night out with claren but he was passive in their discussion and left quickly right after they finished having sex; he was worried because garam told him he was unwell omg im dumb - the sound in this manhwa is amazing, and im not just talking about the musical pieces. The everyday and mundane sounds can be heard clearly across this manhwa's panels: the sound of slippers against the carpet, the click of a seatbelt. The author is rly great at both vocalising art and visualizing sound. Such a rare thing to find a BL manhwa artist who prioritizes the environment as much as the characters itself.
