I think it is connected to the assimilation progress which Jio is going through. With time he takes up more of Giovanni's characteristics. Jio mentioned that this is why he could become less intimidating when he left the paining. Also Giovanni mentioned that he and Jio are the same person, so it seems logical that they are merging together on all kinds of levels.
Can anyone explain it why and how gio can switch to Giovanni? Is it part of his ability or what? And does the real gio even realize when he switch to Giovanni? I'm so confused :""))
