the twins seems to be around 6 months old. there are instances of people getting pregnant that early postpartum too. there's a term for siblings with barely 12 months age gap or less of it. it is called ''irish twins''. so, yes it's not unrealistic for taesun to be pregnant this soon after postpartum.
Well, in real life, I'd say that maybe it's too early for Taesun to have another baby as the twins are babies themselves. But this is fiction and I can suspend my disbelief for now. A baby girl?? She'll be so cute! And to have the twins as her older brothers would be the cutest!
