he was part of DREAMBOY that is the kpop group wich Jaeyoung was part, when he was in the group he start using the drug and made Jaeyoung take a pill without his consent, after that happen the group disbanded and jun left, he did purposely feed the guy the drug because he knew it was a cop, from what i remember the drug is highly investigated because its not legal and their after affects really affect people but nobody actually knows where are they getting it that’s wich a bunch of cops investigated the source of where it comes from
