Either Nanjo changes his mind, or Sunhwa reaches out to him and convinces him to do so (by clearing up a few things). Maybe something happens to Mokyeon in the next chapters, and Sunhwa starts to pity him. I know he said he's done with both of them, but I think they were in the same friend group, so they might still see each other anyway.
