Since mangago got exposed for having lots of rating for painter 0f the n8t they change system where readers voting shown under 1000 and resets to 100 .. just to be safe. It keep that site doesn't have much readers.
But there are many works that have over 1000 rating
Wait- I was sure it was at 992 votes; how is it at 111 votes now?!
