Pretty sure his body has developed drug tolerance because he might be consumed those substances in large doses or he has high efficient metabolism which make those drugs not really affecting him.

I think Jun'd still fine is because he's consistently using the drug. I remember in one of the chapters that the drug can make the person in euphoric when being used, without it you'll become the same as Jaeyoung. That's what makes it addictive. You'll literally cannot feel "happiness" without it.
