I mean if he is the biological father, he does have partial parental rights. That being said, he would have to have substantial evidence that they ARE his kids and a fake DNA test cant do that. Also Mc probably has enough proof that he was assaulted by him and that he has been stalking "his" children when they did not know him which is highly illegal. If it were to ever go to trial the guy is more than likely to lose considering blondie and mcs testimonies alongside their family and security. He's just doing it to smear mcs reputation tho bcs he wants to control him, he dont give two shits abt those kids
even i f they were his kids??? why does it matter??? he has like zero parental rights if the children were born during the mothers marriage??? even if he were actually the father, eunhyun would have more rights than him, no? especially if the mother does not want them.
