There’s this app called open toon where it translates and cleans it for you, it’s not super accurate but you can always fix it. I also heard some people use ai apps like Claude which is accurate but idk if I would trust ai apps. There is guides on YouTube and Reddit as well and I think some on here too

it depends if ur looking for cleaning resources, typesetting, etc. there's a pretty large discord called scanner usage school with free resources, translation, redrawing, and proofreading guides

for translating languages, you can go to either ai/machine translations (google translate) (chatgpt, deepl, deepseek) however there are a lot of problems with them: mtl is notoriously inaccurate, and gen ai also misses a lot of the nuances and is bad for the environment. here kaisen, desirescans, and mythtoons use ai)
for learning languages, just try learning a specific one (cn, kr, jp, etc) there are a lot of reddit and discord communities for help and resources.
you can also try joining a scanlation group after gaining a bit of experience and see how they do it (doing all the cleaning, translating, and typesetting is a lot of work, so you see people make groups so one person does or specializes in one thing)

btw this only applies if ur looking to translate publicly if you want to translate just to read you can go to r/mangapiracy for apps and websites to translate (it also depends if ur on ios or android)
just opening google translate and going to image translate or using yandex, madomi is decent enough for personal use. you can also download github extensions too like koharu
(i can't vouch for how good any of these are other than google translate, which is serviceable enough)
