i’d hope he was infiltrating and that he’d abolish it or something but we never really had a conclusion on that chapter, esp with what happened to the rest of the slaves. also, with the way the people around him didn’t doubt nor question him makes me think he’d been in it for long TT
I'm sorry... I was already put off by the 50th dreaded unnecessary slavery trope inclusion but am I going insane or is that dialogue in chapter 17 also implying that the MALE LEAD we are supposed to be rooting for is a full-on no joke official slave trader?? HUUUH...?!?! Is that really the route we're taking rn?? Is he like supposed to be infiltrating / undercover for the greater good or something?? This makes the second prince look like the actual puppy option to me and thats saying a LOT.
