Its not cute to work like a dog and be underappreciated I am a Pre-K teacher I get paid min wage, no benefits, no PTO, no vacation, hell we don't even get teacher in service days (first Early childhood learning center I've worked that didn't do even teacher in service days), no holiday pay, among other things. Monday through Friday I use to do the most for my kids but my pockets can't pick up where they are lacking because no raises, I don't get any relief not from the parents, admin, or the owner. I don't have the room right now to start over at a new job and YES you need that hold over until find a new job. I'm not going to go on and on but I find these comments VERY uneducated and stupid.
