i’m only on ch 7 so idk if the prince is actually the ml or not but i was very disappointed when it was revealed that his timid, stuttering personality was a charade. sigh… and he turned out to be a schemer instead. when will authors realize that not every ml needs to be a nonchalant “cold to everyone but only kind to the fl” or a morally ambiguous schemer. why can’t we just have a gentle, good hearted ml who is actually genuinely kind and soft for once? not every ml needs to be a war hero who slayed 1000+ ppl or some kind of underground black market king. additionally, it’s a crime that his glasses are fake too. i mean it’s not that bad that i’ll drop it but i do think having his timid personality be a charade was such a waste. we could’ve had a different type of ml instead of your copy-paste run of the mill ml.
