Miho (an AI/robot that's from the main series, a shorter desc of it because it's actually a long story) injected him with some sort of aphrodisiac and it's called cyanasin, it's some sort of medication that triggers a heat like from animals (?) so he needs constant help from the chairman (forgot his name) and yk the same bl logic, uke dies without semes dick or whatever that is lol (penetration was actually not necessary but ok) as to why he got injected with it... well, you'll have to read the main story for the longer context but tldr; he was kidnapped and tortured just because Miho needed an information out of him.
his relationship with the other couple is lowk complicated. for one, he's somewhat a childhood friend of the mc from the main series. their relationship go wayback from before but they had a little scuffle plus he's a loan shark. youngpil also likes the mc ^ (romantic attraction) and he was a real piece of shit from the earlier chapters on the main series because from what i remembered, he tried to SA the mc. i can't recall the other details but he slightly redeemed himself after.

I'm not bothered reading the other series, can someone give me context. Like why he has to take drugs, why he was beaten up in those flashbacks, what is this memory he's trying to remember, like what's that all about, and what was his relationship with the other couple?
