I don’t think he is dead , the pill just makes you feel like any other drugs your senses are dull and you feel like you’re walking in the moon

I think they’re asking bc it looked like it was implying he gave him the drugs and let him drown since he couldn’t control his body obviously I have no clue what actually happened but that’s what I thought at first
