Nico doesn’t want to be alone and he learned a bit more about the bird over the teacher, I see him following them. I mean the dr didn’t fw anyone at the beginning either and he ended up joining them. We also saw how nice Nico was at the beginning towards teacher and that seems to be the common thing amongst Hayden and 182, they’re closer to the teacher than one another. I do see him staying behind in the village as well with the other inmates that have their own birds (unsure if they’re defeated or dead)
I don't think nico will join the teacher crew. He won't be able to get along with 182 and Hayden.
He might stay in the village along with max and wilson.
