I forgot the name of this BL. The MC and ML and best friends. I remember that the MC works by giving people piercing (I think). He gives himself piercing everytime he's like heartbroken something. The ML is someone who's "straight" but something happened and they slept together. The ML assumed that the MC sleeps around (and got angry about it) but later on he figured that he was MCs first. There was a part of the story where the MC is trying to move on from the ML and removed his piercings.
