Love Jinx is manhwa but the one i read is Japanese manga. The other comment found it "Our House Love Trouble" lol the plot itself is ridiculous so that's the best I can describe it
It's a BL manga about men living as housemates (maybe in a sharehouse.) I think the MC moved in without knowing that everyone's gay. He eventually became a couple with a housemate while others became side couples. Everyone do the deeds everywhere in the house but was never seen by other couples. But one couple was finally caught, and they said the reason they never saw others having seggs around is bcs "they made a schedule to determine which location in the house is free for which couple, so they won't be doing it in the same place at the same time." Something like that?
