I hate that the story's development is so disjointed. At least in the novel it made more sense, and Grace didn't seem to have Stockholm syndrome almost from the beginning. In fact, it was quite the opposite; even when she admitted that she liked him when they were little, she still rejected him. I guess they don't include any of that in the manhwa to romanticize it somehow.
