It’s been a while since I read it but this is common with people who are being groomed by someone with a lot of status. There’s always gonna be some part of them that is afraid they won’t get believed by their family or the public if they speak out, and hated for “lying”. Also, when you’re placed in a position of abuse, rationality is often overpowered by fear that your abuser (who consistently demonstrates they’re determined to make your life miserable), will hurt you even more. blackmail isn’t something that should be taken lightly. Explicit photos of yourself being sexually abused and raped is not something most people would want shared, especially in an environment where the blame could be shifted onto the victim leading their entire career and future to be damaged.
I encourage you to consider how others might react in certain circumstances, rather than how you would act in those situations. especially since grooming and abuse is built to place victims in a mental state that causes them to act irrationally and out of fear. Not every move they make will be rational, and believing so indirectly places the blame on the victims rather than the real perpetrators.

the story is good but i really don’t get why people would stay with park and let him get away with doing all that to them?? it’s not like he’d kill them just black mail them from ever becoming artists.. just doesn’t seem worth it esp for shinae (i forgot his name i might be wrong)
