they didn’t, there is chapters up to 23 on comix and it was just a huge misunderstanding. Glasses guy wants to get rid of white haired guy because white haired guy likes him but glasses guy found out he was playing with him, so he asks ml to pretend. Ml doesn’t want to but then they accidentally fall on top of eachother and white haired guy witnesses it. Thats why white haired guy misunderstood and told mc that the ml and glasses guy are dating.
