He kinda does, both are extremely pale, delicate face, jet black hair and eyes and described as beautiful. The design is very similar on Raga speacially, in Passion xinlu has more a dark brown hair. There is no need to be worked up tho, it is an observation and it is not even personality wise lol
Ah I finally get why I find Ju so beautiful and who he reminds me of, it is xinlu (only design, not personality) from passion.
