i havent been reading bl’s for long, and alot of prople have been reccomending me this one and honestly im annoyed i didnt read this earlier. all of the characters are so beautifully created,the author communicated their struggles extremely and i mean EXTREMELY well, the way the represented anxiety , depression, overthinking in a form of art is so beautifully to me i seriously might just cry… but i already did. seeing cirrus’ backstory made me SOB. i love how it carved out who he was now, his obsession and his desire to not be lonely highkey made me really like cirrus. yes he was genuinely evil but i just cant help but love him. seeing it from his perspective really opened my eyes. and skylar. oh my god he genuinely deserves the WORLD im so happy that HE is happy, ive never wished greatness upon a fictional character until now. with skylar, the author shows homophobia and how actually important it is in society becayse it is mostly downplayed now to ‘jokes’ when in reality what skylar went through is extremely common. im so proud of him that he powered through it all and that he has FRIENDS AND A BOYFRIEND(〜￣△￣)〜.. this is getying really long but i just LOVE litc so so SO much this was such a great read and dont be like me and read it super late. read it right now. NOW
