nope, but since there's a lack of communication between them, the uke thinks that the seme has other partner and thinks that he's only doing those things for the baby only
When I saw that scene I thought for sure he was going to be upset that Seo was being so obvious about being involved. The mental gymnastics to think they were talking about another partner was mind blowing.
