as a yandere lover, my ideal ending for baal is for princess shura to lock him up. sure, the author can write the princess siding with iruma once she knew she's being used, but that's predictable and boring. nishi can write about female demons being a huntress, surely she can conjured something interesting like "princess realize she's being used but so what? she's still adore baal and she's a deity which proves to have more authority than demons, so the wise thing to do to get what a deity one is to simply lock him up in whatever realm she's in."
I want her to be so obsessed that baal's existence would be wipe out in the netherworld as a consequence of the betrayal, like there's not even a record of baal's name and he shall only be known as the one who tried to use the deity to bring chaos into the netherworld only to, well, disappear as a consequence of tricking a deity

imo, the princess isn't even annoying. sure, ppl question why a naive thing like her is the princess but let's be real, why are you enforcing human value on a deity? who say a princess has to be "wise and a fair ruler"? she has someone that she wants which is baal so she just strikes to gain his affection, so what if she lash out to the gramp? she's a "deity," not a "helpless princess," it's like when baal destroyed delkira's lake to build his castle, so what if he do that? he has the authority, same with the princess. it's fine if you hate her, but don't expect her to become "kind and logical," when even a demon can selfishly rule and shape the kind of netherworld they want. what you should watch out is how nishi would write her when she know she is being used by baal. if she just cried and let herself be used like a helpless thing, that's a poor writing that contradicts her deity status and yandere personality and if it reach that point, then i guess hating the princess is reasonable
