If I remember correctly princess Shura comes from a family with a bloodline ability that is or is one of the most powerful in the netherworld. Because of this they are treated like royalty and are pretty separate from the rest of the netherworld which is a meritocracy. Because of this separation princess Shura is really sheltered. That's why it was so easy for Baal to get close to her and worm his way into her good graces resulting in the situation in the most recent chapters
