Not quite. The personality "Chronoa" is what's frozen in the ark. Maybe the manga will explain it in next chapter so I can't explain unless someone wants to know.
The one frozen in the ark is the Hero Chloe's body which is under the control of her unique Skill 'chronoa'. Chronoa is a skill that develops consciousness and keeps on rejecting Hinata while she was on Chloe's body. If they didn't lock chronoa up in the ark she will go up on rampage and will distort the timeline.
Wait so is that the current Chloe & Hinata are whats frozen!? Did not see that detail! Half the questions and mysteries are about solved
