Is it worth it?

I was hoping to read some fluff but the first chapters literally start with rp and it just really put me off since uke clearly has trauma because of his past relationship from rp and the author decided it would be a good idea to get him together with someone new who also basically rpd him to heal him like??? I suppose ml is certainly better than the trashy ex but I just can't stand it when they disregard consent (esp since I thought this was gonna be a sweet story with proper communication). Idk if I should continue since the comments mention good things in the recemt chapters...

im gona be honest i dropped this halfway few weeks ago bcs of how frustrating mc and ml are. (mostly ml) and only came back to it today. it definitely gets better imo once mc opened up to him. they were still walking on eggshells towards e/o which is sooo uuughhfj but they communicated really well so far in recent chapters but it feels like it took forever for me lol. ml really seem like he’s taking full responsibility for the circumstances of how they met. its still rocky in some parts but i can see them trying very hard! idk where you’re at but just a warning there’s somnophilia (no penetration) along the way. i dont think its worth your time if you cant stand noncon stuff (very understandable)

Omg, thank you for the reply. Maybe I'll come back once it's complete.
