What they have cannot be measured under what's morally acceptable and that's fine. It's a very very special relationship that intrigues, confuses but catches the attention of both the curious that want to find out what keeps them together or if happy times are coming and those that reject that kind of treatment. We can't say they are traditionally happy but there is some content in their habits. But Garam does look for the conformity or compromise in his relationship with the professor. I knew he was bothered by the lack of interest or reaction when the professor didn't enquired more about the collab so in retaliation Garam stayed silent too but realized he missed him. Not only because he is his mentor and seeks his approval and recognition but the man that constantly tells him that all of him (Garam) is his (Heejae). Garam knew that the professor wouldn't be happy and he will confront him but the reaction of the professor was enormous. That's not a tantrum, it was a cry reflecting all his loneliness and fears to lose him. And Garam understood and felt relieved, he was important. He still cares.
Of course professor had to test him while seeking to feel comforted and the only way he knows is by harming him. Looking at his reactions and finding his affirmations to what's he's doing to him, arousing and relieved. And, while I think the manager was a handsome man, I think the professor is actually juxtaposition Garam's whole being into the memory of him. I believe it's not longer being the manager himself but the feeling is mutating and in his eyes is only Garam now. The sparkles covering Garam's whole body, making him (Heejae) fall even more.

Their sex scenes are so important. The dialogue that only happens there it's so telling about the current state of their minds when the intimacy reach their deepest parts and the animalistic instinct dare to creep out. But I do believe that Garam is exhausted of being the understanding part and in his own way also testing the professor and find solace when he gets his own affirmations. Even if they cut him deeply.

Also, this story has too many beautiful characters. Another handsome man joins the cast!!! Compton they say? Damn. Still love you Walter ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
