And, while I think the manager was a handsome man, I think the professor is actually juxtaposition Garam's whole being into the memory of him. I believe it's not longer being the manager himself but the feeling is mutating and in his eyes is only Garam now. The sparkles covering Garam's whole body, making him (Heejae) fall even more.
