I feel that it's really terrible to say how draining it is to have someone like Philip as a person who struggles with depression as well. It's incredibly hard for suicidal patients, especially somebody like Philip who was already traumatised from the space incident, to reach to people. It wasn't that philip didn't have anybody else but it was that sahan was the only safe space for him. The only one who could understand his despair. Sahan felt like the only anchor for him.

Being said that, it's also true that philip absolutely wasn't sahan's responsibility. There's nothing sahan could have done and he even tried to be stay away from philip as he noticed how dependent philop was growing, it was probably very hard for sahan as he's depressed himself. I understand the next season will have a lot of drama and I can only imagine how difficult it will be for sahan to take all this, however, I believe we shouldn't just dismiss philip's sufferings for the sake of the protagonists. I was really relieved to see philip getting better but you couldn't imagine how difficult it was for me to read the last chapter.

I know it can be "draining" to have somebody like philip but you must understand the despair they go through every day to reach a decision such as to end their own life. There are healthy ways to get away from them like sahan did. Be mad at philip's family if they try anything weird because I definitely feel they'll become an obstacle in the next season but please, do not blame philip, he literally didn't do anything. He was a victim too just like sahan, it seems they had rather found comfort in each other.

This was a great read, I can't wait for what the next season brings.
