I saw an illustration of the omega anatomy on insta which i base as the anatomy of all omegas but not canon but i gotta delude myself a lil to keep reading. The omegas butt has the poop tube seperate from the tube connecting from the uterus. Omega has a uterus to birth babies = more likely to have eggs.
