I've got a peak bl with a story like this, the only difference is that the protagonist regressed once but he has a time limit to change the future, and he was portrayed as the crown Prince's rival in love when in fact he was js in love with the prince himself and not the saintess. But it's a novel, are you interested?

NAME PLEASE
Sorry for the late reply babes it's title is "2nd Life, I'm Dying Soon". Prepare tissues, ml is a green flag, and the saintess is well an absolute saint. Satisfying bittersweet ending.
Do you perhaps have the novel link? If so then please do tell, thank you!
