Looking for a bl manhua/manhwa (i can’t remember)

Uke’s brother was pushed off the stairs by seme at school. At first they’re enemies but they gradually become friends and then lovers.

Anyways i am mainly interested in the brother’s story. His uke is i think his senior and main ml’s sister’s friend. Second uke also had heart surgery so he’s a little physically weak. I think he runs a cafe with his brother.
