It was translated by someone called crazy cat lady on novel updates. It’s under the name ‘Celestial’ but if you can’t find it under that name then this one, ‘For a thousand Autumn’s’ works too.
I’d really recommend reading it actually, it’s short and there are some problems but otherwise real sweet; there’s even a lovey dovey reason behind why it’s called ‘For a thousand autumn’s’ too!
