Geumsan Lee is simply the illustrator for both; that’s his job. And that rumour was simply made up on Twitter by Minho’s crazy fans; as they assumed the author had ‘too much contempt for Minho’, they literally made up the story that it was her ex because of the way Minho and Duna were portrayed. In any case, there’s no official statement or interview with the writer, Yunhee Woo, confirming that this is true. You really shouldn’t speak out if you don’t know shit.
