Okay, I’m not the best at explaining nor I have no idea if I read anything cakeverse, but I know that it’s inspired by Omegaverse. They have three main groups similar to the a/b/o hierachy, but with different names and meanings. 1. Forks are people who lose the ability to taste normal food completely, and the only thing that is sweet/flavorful to them are cakes.
2. Cakes are whose skin, flesh, etc, taste delicious to a fork and are unaware until a fork discovers their true nature.
3. Plates/Spoons are just regular people who don’t crave any flesh and still contain normal tastebuds. If you need more information I’d recommend asking other people or doing research on it!!
