I was skeptical about this one for so long because of the age gap, but I regret not reading it sooner. It’s so wonderfully written, the age gap does not feel icky, at all, and both characters actually have substance. Also, despite their circumstances in the past, the story doesn’t feel too heavy. Definitely one of my favorites now.
