It's likely because of him being the usual... I can't say manwhore exactly since he only does it with one person (so far).
Well that + the bit of a cocky face and a slight dickwad first impression. Combination of all of those doesn't really make his appearance in the first two chapters very appealing aside from his model.

Why is everyone hating the top? I think him getting hard from the Uke crying was a bit meh usual plot in many bls, but him playing 1 on 1 and telling him where he needs to improve makes him an asshole? Sometimes the truth helps others to improve!!
