It's not really a bad thing to get jealous we are human after all. What's bad it toxic jealousy
Just because it's human doesn't mean it's a good thing...
For me, being jealous stems from a lack of self-trust and a lack of trust in the other person, and therefore a lack of trust in the relationship itself, and trust is the foundation of your relationship.
The fact that jealousy is never questioned is a problem. And the fact that it's always presented as something positive it's a problem.
I don't understand how you can be jealous in a healthy relationship.
It annoys me—why does jealousy always have to be something that gets glorified?
