I think its implied that the othet omega 1 has some sort of romantic/ sexual feelings for the mc which makes him uncomfortable? And 2 the other omega is implied to have some sort of mental disability or something, so the mc has the responsibility of taking care of him and providing for them both. Itd a heavy burden to bare so hes prolly stressed (esp from the 25k needed)
