The execution was so awful it left a bad taste to the mouth. Like, these two are still on developing feelings stage and bang! that scene emerges with no romantic buildup...
If the execution was like Dazzling breath where it is distinct that the smut is just in ML mind and thus only a part of body was shown + only shown snippets. It is much bearable.

There's no smut in the novel until the side stories.
I wish they kept it that way, no smut until the very end. The story is so plot driven and focused on fleshing out the characters, but now all that development is suddenly halted because of… smut… that no one wanted.
I love a good smut scene, but when you get into a manhwa and it waits 80 ch to make a smut scene, it just feels so abrupt and unnecessary
Especially in something this plot-heavy and serious. I enjoy the comedic aspects lightening the mood but the smut is just so jarring and shoe-horned in.

Currently re-reading so I can pick the novel up, and man... I got reminded how much I hate the smut scene...
I love smut as much as the next person but it's so incredibly out of place here. Not everything needs to have smut early on.
And it's even more weird when it's not even in the novel from what I heard. Otherwise it would've probably felt less out of place.
Praying to God they won't do the same with THGLL. The smut was such a good payoff in the side stories thanks to that.

They already ruined another story entirely for me with that stunt
