i felt like the novel was a bit long-winded, but i love the pacing of the manhwa

Fr fr especially when it comes to the chapters where Gio's just kinda frolicking in the portrait, making food and interacting with the animals

It's a slice of life, that's why.

That's true but the chapters are long af and often go into the most minute of details most times. Still very enjoyable tho
