Female lead is tricked by female coworker/boss from school to go into the woods to do an errand/research. Female lead gets a hold of a fox pearl and awakens two entities that turned from stone into a fox and snake spirits(?) Those two are the male leads. They fight her for the fox pearl, the fox wanting the pearl to ascend and the snake for similar reason. but she ends up swallowing it.
Now they have to stay with her to find a solution other than killing her to get the fox pearl.
