I think the fighting and hate in the comments is indicative of a well-written character. JJK is a miserable bastard who hurts everyone around them (including the rape) and I feel like we've all known someone like him. I will say Kim Dan is a literal angel and I really don't buy someone that forgiving being real. He is also a well-written character which makes you upset but not surprised by his actions and choices. I felt like the stabbing was excessive and a little annoying but hey Mingwa got me to cry one more time so I guess I can't be too mad when she successfully told the story she wanted to. We really needed more of 2nd couple so maybe they'll be in the extras. I have some criticism of the pacing but I think correct pacing is a rare thing in any webtoon/manhua because of the medium so that's kinda permanent.
@ all the people fighting in the comments of this FINAL chapter. If you want to read fluff then go do that but for many people who have experienced trauma this is a safe way to process things like abuse and rape. Getting to vent feelings about an event or action without rehashing your personal memories of it can be very therapeutic. It can also be re-traumatizing and it's up to the reader to decide what kind of person they are. It is my opinion that people that read 101 chapters and are still mad, probably just want something to be mad about. It's a story. Participation is voluntary. You do not have to subject yourself to things just to experience negative emotions and yell at people on their internet because you think you're right and they're wrong. GO READ FLUFF!! (╬￣皿￣)凸
TLDR: I have some minor criticisms but I always ended up coming back to this webtoon because it's a solid story with good characters and dark adult themes which is not for everyone. If it's not your bag then kindly fk off and let the rest of us enjoy in peace.
