To be fair in those circles the marriage is often planned by the parents for business/ bloodline. So the people don't really know or love each other, for now I don't blame him for it

Doesn’t matter. He obviously knows they’re dating since he is also part animal. He can smell the tiger on the cat. And the cat has told him he clearly likes the tiger guy. Plus they’re childhood friends even though they don’t like each other. He’s choosing to cross a line.
Just cause he doesn’t like his fiancé doesn’t give him the right to try and take his friends lover. That’s some home wrecking shenanigans.
