I stopped reading in the middle of the side stories because life decided to do its thing. I recently decided to reread from the beginning because I remember the story being so cozy. Between when I stopped and reread this, my grandma passed away, so the main story hit me so much harder than it did the first time. Had to take breaks just to cry. But it was really comforting even though I didn't get the chance to say goodbye.
And the ending was just perfect too. We got a little surprise gift. Really glad I reread this story when I did. I hope when I'm better financially, I can give my moneys to the author.
