This is good. It's just sad that the author got harassed by rabid yaoi fans so he deleted his Twitter account.
For info:
Some rabid yaoi fans are making yaoi fan arts of this and sending it to the author. Author asked them to stop sending those fan arts to him, especially that most are explicit. Then those rabid fans got mad and started harassing the author. Sending more explicit fan arts. Even accusing him of homophobia.
Edit: just to add... He didn't even tell them to stop creating yaoi fan arts, he just asked them to not send it to him.
You know, just use the proper hash tags and stop flooding his account. It's a simple request.
Oh i didn't know that if you edit later, the replies get deleted? To the reply that asked if he's going to continue, yes he's going to continue. He's just not connecting with fans through twitter anymore.
Honestly I think that's for the best, mangakas really shouldn't be active on twitter and interact too much with their fans, they always end up getting harassed for the stupidest shit ever, just like what happened to Kei Urana (author of Gachiakuta).
people this day shouldve known the basic fandom ettiquette that everytime you make fanarts or any fan things (esp ship art or spicy art) dont tag the author or any official account
